Eligibility


The (Name of the member) Loyalty Scheme is open to persons over the age of 18 with the permission of the account holder.


Personal Data


No personal data provided to (Name of the member), while participating in this scheme will be shared with any other party. Please refer to our privacy policy on the website for details on how we hold and process your data.


Points


Each month points will be awarded based on total net spend with (Name of the member). Points will be deducted from any purchases subsequently returned for credit. Points are not allocated against any surcharge values.


One point will be awarded for every £100 of net spend and from time to time points may be given a reward for specific promotional activity.


Points will be allocated for each month where spend exceeds £1,500 net of VAT.


Points can be accumulated to redeem larger rewards later or can be used on a quarterly basis for gifts on the (Name of the promotion) website.


(Name of the member) will regularly update members of the Loyalty Scheme on the number of points earned and the total points available for redemption.


Redeeming points


Points can only be redeemed via the (Name of the promotion) website.


Points cannot be redeemed if your (name of the member) account is in arrears


The outstanding points balance on 1st December each year must be redeemed within the next twelve months otherwise they will be forfeited.


In the event of the cancellation or modification of the Scheme, participants will have 28 days to use any outstanding points from the date of notification.


Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards on (the name of the promotion) website


Rewards


Rewards once selected, cannot be cancelled or changed if the order has already been placed by (name of the member).


In normal circumstances rewards will be delivered with 28 days of redemptions. In exceptional circumstances where delivery will be in excess of 28 days the intended recipient of the reward will be notified in advance by email. (name of member) cannot be held responsible for the unexpected unavailability or extended lead times of any goods or services from suppliers fulfilling orders. (Name of member) reserve the right to substitute rewards with equal or higher value.


Rewards cannot be returned unless they are faulty or received damaged.


Rewards are subject to their own providers terms and conditions. (name of member) take no responsibility whatsoever for the providers terms and conditions.


It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of rewards to make payment of any tax and national insurance liability due as a result of receipt of a ‘benefit in kind’. (Name of member) will not be responsible for any tax or national insurance liability on behalf of the recipient.


General


Participation in the (name of the promotion) scheme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions for the duration of the scheme.


(Name of the member) reserves the right to modify or terminate the (name of the promotion), or its terms and conditions, without prior notice at any time at their discretion.


In the highly unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of (name of the member) will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.


Members of the (name of the promotion) scheme accept that (name of the member) will have no liability whatsoever for any losses, injury, costs, damage or disappointment of nay kind which is in result directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from acceptance, misuse or use of a reward, or from participation in the scheme
